Our terms of use are being finalised ahead of public launch. In the meantime, the headline commitments are:
- Not a tax agent. The platform is not a registered tax agent under the Tax Agent Services Act 2009. See our disclaimer for full positioning.
- Accuracy of inputs. Calculations are based on the information you supply. You are responsible for the accuracy of that information. The platform produces records; your registered tax agent produces advice.
- Subscription. Plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current period.
- Data export. You can export your records as an audit pack ZIP at any time. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation before permanent deletion.
- Australian law. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
